fiselabs, operated by PT FISE DIGITAL LAB, provides full-stack product building, software engineering, technical consulting, and system modernization services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties.
Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, all background technology, frameworks, and pre-existing code used by fiselabs (PT FISE DIGITAL LAB) remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment of service fees, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered product for its intended business purpose.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our services or infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fiselabs (PT FISE DIGITAL LAB) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations, and if unresolved, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
